1. Is your company direct factory or trading company?

We have manufacture plant in JiangYin / ChangZhou JiangSu Province, to produce FFP1, FFP2, FFP3, Disposable Medical Masks, Helmet, Goggle, Ear Muff, Ear plug etc…

Also, we help our clients to do consolidation shipment of other medical products and Personal Protective equipments….

After years’ experience, we have very strong supply chain of all kinds of products, which related to safety, like protective coveralls, gloves, work clothes, reflective vest, safety locks, fire blanket etc...

Also, we have joint sales office in Shanghai as to provide better service.

2. What is the Lead time of mass production?

Depends on products
For masks, 7-14days
For protective coveralls, 20-30days
For helmet and goggles, 45days

For gloves, 45days

Basically 60days for new order, cos it takes time to confirm all artworks etc..
30-45days for repeat order.

3. Are you able to provide free samples?

Yes, we provide sample for free, but customer needs to pay courier cost.

4. What is the lead time of sample?

Normally it takes 1 week if we have all materials in warehouse.

5. What is your company size? How many workers and how many R&D?

Our factory area is around 20,000 sqm.
We have 60workers, and 3 R&D persons.

6. Are your company certified by ISO13485 and BSCI (or SA8000)?

Yes, our factory is certified by ISO13485 and BSCI. Meet most of clients need.

7. Does your company have experience with the 3^rd party inspection on mass product?

Yes, we frequently have 3rd party inspection on our mass production, which 3^rd party is nominated by our clients, like TUV, SGS, Intertek…

8. Which world famous clients are you supplying products to directly or indirectly?

We are supplying products to LEROY MERLIN, KingFisher, ABENA….

9. Where is your main market in the world?

Our market share is 45% in EU，20% in South America, Others - 35%

10. Are you able to provide OEM or ODM?

We are able to supply OEM or ODM products.

11. Do you have any patent on your products?

Every year we have several new patents which is developed by ourselves for the products, which is mainly related to inside construction for more reliable quality and easier operation.

12. MOQ of each product?

Depends on products

Disposable masks type I, type II, Type IIR– 100k pcs

Disposable protective coveralls – 10k pcs

13. What’s the turnover of your factory last year?
